There is a busy schedule of midweek matches in the Thurlow Nunn League this coming Tuesday and Wednesday.

The Premier Division sees several local derbies, including Tuesday evening head to heads between teams that won their opening fixtures on Saturday – Brantham Athletic v. Hadleigh United and Ely City v. Newmarket Town. Haverhill Rovers, who lost 4-0 at Histon on Friday will be hoping for better fortune at home to fancied Godmanchester Rovers, 5-0 victors over Wroxham. On Wednesday evening Woodbridge Town start their Premier Division return at home to Walsham le Willows, also playing their first game of the season.

The new First Division divisions got off to good starts on Saturday with crowds of around 200 at both Little Oakley and Harwich & Parkeston. On Tuesday Coggeshall United (at home to Little Oakley) and Hackney Wick (visitors to Hashtag United in their first ever home match) begin their Thurlow Nunn League careers while Brightlingsea Regent Reserves (at home to Halstead Town) play their first ever senior match. Wednesday sees Benfleet become yet another side to make their league debut, they entertain Frenford at Canvey Island FC.
