Mildenhall Win October/November’s Performance Award

ECL Chairman Peter Hutchings was on hand last Saturday with Thurlow Nunn’s Matt Grimmer to present Mildenhall Town’s Chairman Martin Tuck with the Performance Award for the months of October and November.  The award is presented to the team with the best average points per game over the period and is sponsored by Thurlow Nunn.  As well as the presentation plate Mildenhall were given a cheque for £150 and able to nominate a charity to receive another cheque for £100.

Kirsty Creasey from CAMSIGHT, a local charity providing emotional and practical advice to local people of all ages affected by sight loss with services providing life-long skills and support for both children and parents, was invited to accept their cheque.

The League also has a Good Behaviour Award, which is funded by the FA and awarded bi-monthly, based on a club’s disciplinary record over the period. This award went to AFC Sudbury Reserves.
